Warranty policy


1. Free warranty
The product is warranted free of charge if the product is still under warranty from the date of delivery and meets the following conditions:
Present the warranty card and purchase invoice or receipt when requesting warranty
The warranty card must be filled in with accurate and complete customer and product information.
The warranty card must be intact, not patched, erased, or repaired
The warranty stamp and seal of the product must be intact.
Technical damage to the product is confirmed by the Warranty Center due to manufacturer's fault
And other regulations of the manufacturer are stated on the warranty card attached to the device.

2. Cases not covered by free warranty
Warranty expires or violates one of the free warranty conditions.
The product's serial number and model do not match the warranty card.
Customers arbitrarily interfere with the product or repair it at warranty centers not authorized by the Company.
Products damaged due to improper use, improper purpose, natural disasters, rust, breakage, insects or animals...
Products using incorrect voltage, unstable power source, weak water source, dirty...
In these cases, we will repair for a fee. The repair cost will be notified to the customer before performing.

3. Warranty shipping & return fee
Customers must bear the shipping and return costs when sending the product to the warranty center.

4. Warranty information
When the product is defective, customers can contact the genuine warranty centers directly according to the information on the warranty card.
In addition, customers can call our warranty center for support.
